Opis stanowiska
We are currently looking for an Insurance Controlling Expert with knowledge of German for our international client from the insurance industry for long-term cooperation.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing the performance of national and international companies and branches.
- Developing a deep understanding of various business models.
- Conducting economic analyses and providing professional evaluations of business development.
- Gaining a comprehensive perspective on key performance indicators (HGB, IFRS, Solvency II) for group units and management boards.
- Critically assessing investment valuations for strategic projects and performance control.
- Ensuring precise cost monitoring, including primary and total costs, while maintaining audit-proof cost allocation.
Ideal candidate profile
- Fluency in English and German (minimum B2/C1).
- University degree in economics, business mathematics, or a related field.
- Professional experience in investment and participation controlling, auditing, or insurance, with expertise in international accounting standards (especially IFRS 17).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate them effectively to different target groups.
- Ambition to develop into a leading technical expert.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a holistic understanding of corporate structures.
Conditions
- Employment contract for a 3-month trial period and then for an indefinite period
