🔍As a Brand Controller your scope will be:

• Management of the margins and profitability of dedicated brands under the Consumer Products Division.
• Preparation and overseeing of the marketing budgets, anticipating risks and opportunities.
• Review the monthly business performance and provide strategic and financial action plan partnering with the Brand Managers.
• Management of the marketing spending to be aligned with the budget and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing spending in order to maximize the return on investment.
• Undertaking all cost analyses in order to detect risks and propose the actions required to maintain budgetary objectives.
• Daily monitoring of administrative process behind marketing expenses (PO creation, appropriate classification).
• Animation and tracking timely completion of internal control alternative actions.
• Rules of Engagement implementation and monitoring.
• Playing an active role as a Business Partner for the Marketing Population.

🔍We are looking for:

• An enthusiastic professional with a change mindset and at least 3 years of relevant previous experience in financial controlling.
• University degree in Finance & Accounting or/and International Business & Economics.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for a common goal.
• Good analytical skills as well as an ability to step back and see the ‘big picture’. 
• Strong interpersonal skills: communicating, defending ideas, and convincing. 
• Efficiency-oriented: proactively challenging the status quo to design more efficient ways of working. 
• Fluent in professional English.
