🌟We´re looking for a Senior Buyer whose scope will be:
- Identification of internal users’ needs and specification building/alignment for products and services within the Indirect category. You will be accountable for the following categories: Advocacy (Livestream, Influencer Marketing, Public Relations), Consumer Engagement (CRM, Direct Marketing), Content Production, Strategy & Creation, and Consumer & Market Insights.
- Analysis and monitoring of market trends within a category in order to optimize costs.
- Preparation of RFQs, offer analysis, negotiations of prices and commercial conditions with suppliers, with all documentation needed according to Purchasing Policy.
- To secure products and services from credible suppliers, including corporate standards within approved budgets and deadlines.
- Supplier base data management.
- Participation in contract creation process with suppliers.
- Delivering and regular reporting of savings.
- Cooperation with internal clients locally and with Regional Category Managers.
- Supplier relationship management with key vendors.
- Suppliers evaluation and claims management.
🔍We are looking for:
- Digital Media/ Digital Marketing/ Influencer Marketing expert with a deep understanding of those categories who would like to grow within a purchasing department.
- Experience working in indirect procurement is a plus.
- A strong analytical mindset combined with a strategic vision and an aptitude for change management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, negotiate effectively (internally and externally), and manage contracts with a focus on performance and results.
- Organized, action-type person, goal-oriented.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English.
- Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization will be a plus.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
