The Role

As our B2B Content Marketing Manager, you'll co-create our digital presence and communicate our USP, product, and value to healthcare partners across different channels (website, LinkedIn, email, etc.). 

You will become our key partner in sales enablement content creation, which will support our client acquisition efforts through great copywriting & visual identity, product & case study materials, slide decks, and more. 

You'll have the freedom to build and execute strategies that showcase our impact and drive growth.


Key Focus Areas

  • Create compelling narratives that showcase our solutions, USP, and product benefits for B2B clients
  • Build trust and credibility with healthcare partners
  • Support our sales team with powerful marketing materials
  • Establish a strong brand presence in the B2B healthcare space


If you join our team, you will be responsible for:


Content Creation

  • Design and create compelling case studies and success stories
  • Develop professional presentations and sales materials
  • Support the creation of a new Labplus website (strategy, briefing, communication, structure)
  • Produce engaging video content (product demos, testimonials)
  • Write clear and persuasive copy across all channels
  • Create visually appealing social media content
  • Create thought leadership content


Digital Presence Management

  • Own our LinkedIn and social media strategy
  • Manage and update website content
  • Create and distribute impactful newsletters & emails
  • Track and optimize our social media & website growth metrics


Brand Building

  • Develop and maintain consistent visual identity across all channels
  • Identify and execute storytelling opportunities



Required Skills & Experience


Must Have

  • Min. 1 year of proven B2B marketing/B2B content marketing experience
  • English language min. C1 with superb writing skills (close to native)
  • Experience with healthcare/medtech (medical technology) content creation and management will be a BIG plus
  • Strong copywriting & storytelling skills in English
  • Graphic design skills for presentations, infographics, social media etc. (min. Adobe suite & Canva; Figma is a plus)
  • Skills in a short-form video creation (testimonials, demo, explainer video, video-invitations etc.), skills in video production & editing will be a plus
  • Experience in website content management (Wordpress etc.)
  • Experience with B2B website creation (strategy, briefing, communication, sitemap etc.)
  • B2B Social media channels management experience (mainly LinkedIn, additionally Facebook & X (ex-Twitter))
  • Experience with email marketing management & newsletters (logic, content, email templates usage)
  • Strong tasks delivery, prioritization & time management skills
  • Experience working with tasks planning tools (Asana, Jira etc.)
  • Details-orientation, ability to proofread and spot visual and text mistakes
  • Up-to-date with design trends and modern B2B/SaaS aesthetics
  • Data-driven & self-starter mentality


Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM/ B2B Sales copywriting is a plus
  • Experience in managing front-end and back-end website development is a plus
  • Experience with managing or/and creating landing pages (structure, graphic design & copy) is a plus
  • Content marketing analytics experience (content consumption, time on site, heatmaps, followers growth etc.)
  • Community building experience
  • Online and offline events management experience
  • Marketing automation tools experience
