We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor / Lawyer / Legal Counsel to support our expansion into the Non-Banking Polish lending market. The role involves advising on loan issuance, recovery, and company legal setup, ensuring compliance with Polish financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for establishing operations in Poland
• Advise on loan issuance, debt recovery, and regulatory compliance
• Assist in company formation and legal structuring
• Ensure alignment with Polish financial and corporate laws

Requirements:

• Experience in NON-BANKING Polish lending market, particularly in loan issuance and recovery
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and company setup in Poland
• Ability to work remotely and independently
