We seek a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our daily operations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Would like to work based on our core values: knowledge, teamwork, caring, and maturity.
- Already has initial experience working with B2C customers (email, phone, videocall), preferred in the sales area.
- Works proactively - if you see room for improvement - you act.
- Works based on priorities and can plan his/her tasks independently.
- Proficient English spoken and written (C1/C2 level).
- Is open to giving and receiving feedback - we strive for perfection, so it is important to us.
- Is eager to use business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro and others.
- Speaks Polish at a native level - the entire team works in Polish.
Nice to have:
- Interest in genealogy, Polish history and historical geography
- Knowledge of Spanish language
- Experience in selling legal services
Don't have experience selling this type of service? Don't worry, if you have experience in B2C sales and the right attitude towards the customer we will teach you everything.
What will your assignments be?
Responsibility for taking care of the sales process for our international clients. This includes the first contact with the client, the initial qualification of leads for legal services, and the sale of services. Additionally, you will:
- Qualifying inbound sales leads.
- Verified the documents required to confirm Polish citizenship.
- Selling the service including selection and presentation of the offer, answering additional questions and closing the sale and cross-selling.
- Proactively seek the team's input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other.
- Mentor team members on adopting a “client-in-the-center” approach.
- Actively seeking input from team members and foster collaborative idea-sharing.
- Overseeing the management and improvement of CRM and other business tools and processes.
