AR Accountant ( fully remote possible)

Your role and main tasks

• Control of customer settlements and accounting for transactions in the accounting system. 
• Monitoring receivables (reconciling balances, proactive actions). 
• Preparing reports related to receivables (e.g., overdue receivables). 
• Accounting for and reconciling incoming payments. 
• Issuing and accounting for sales invoices and corrective invoices. 
• Controlling and accounting for debit notes from customers. 
• Creating and updating customer accounts in the accounting system. 
• Participating in the month-end closing process. 
• Performing other assigned tasks.

You will need

• Higher education in a relevant field (economics, finance, and accounting).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in English allowing for effective communication, german is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to learn new things and take on challenges.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
