Your role and main tasks

Goal of the Position: 

• Be part of an international team setup in purchasing for Fashion categories: women’s, men’s, denim and traditional clothing. 
• Support a young dynamic team consisting of 5 buyers, operating in different European countries, with your work and shape with a second assistant the back office for the Buyers. 
• Timely organization and preparation of individual sales campaigns on limango in close cooperation with the Buyers. 
• Interface between the Buyers and other departments like Campaign Management, Shop Management, Logistics and Accounting. 
• Cooperation with national and international suppliers and partners, gathering all relevant information to support the organizational aspect of buying activities. 

Daily tasks of the position: 

• Requesting offers from suppliers, confirmation of campaign dates and communicating offer submission deadlines to the supplier. 
• Communication with the Campaign Management, handing over campaigns with all necessary data and preparing attachments to the campaign. 
• Preparation of analyses for all necessary data to facilitate assortment selection & price negotiation. 
• Completion of product pre-selection and execution of calculations, as well as preparation of approvals for the buyer.
• Step in for the Buyer during vacations and promptly respond to supplier emails 
• Summarize meeting discussions and provide minutes, ensuring clarity and alignment within the team. 
• Consistently provide routine analyses and reports for the team. 

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate: 

• Demonstrated experience in an Assistant role, with a preference for experience in buying or e-commerce.
• Existing knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
• You are highly analytical and have an affinity for numbers. With every decision you consider the facts.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel).
• Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level, work in an international environment).
• Assertiveness and orderly manner of working.

• Open communication and team player qualities desired
• Good organization of work and ability to prioritize and control various tasks simultaneously.
