Your role and main tasks

The primary objective of this role is to effectively respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate communication. By addressing claims and concerns with professionalism and empathy, you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Your efforts will help build strong relationships with our customers, foster loyalty, and promote a positive brand image.Daily tasks of the position:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email.
• Processing claims and payments.
• Communicating with partners to ensure smooth operations.

You will need

Willingness to work fixed hours between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends. Professional requirements:

• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written, with a strong focus on grammatical accuracy (minimum B1 level).
