Your role and main tasks

The goal of the Position: 

Supporting the Paid Social team in daily operational work by creating static ad formats, identifying sales potential of brands, and delivering analytical data.

Daily tasks of the position:

• Daily review of upcoming campaigns in Limango and selecting brands/products with the highest potential for promotion in Social Media.

• Monitoring the Meta and TikTok Ads Library to identify industry trends.

• Updating performance tracking sheets.

• Analyzing results and making decisions based on advertising performance.
  

Projects of the position:

• Creating and maintaining a database of potential brands and products for promotion across DE/NL/PL markets.

• Preparing a database of A/B tests for simple creatives (e.g., testing different background colors or frame styles around the product).

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of the Social Media ecosystem: understanding which formats (Reels, Carousel, DPA) currently perform best on Facebook and Instagram.

• Ability to create visually appealing graphics aligned with premium/fashion branding.

• Ability to sort, filter, and work with basic formulas in data (e.g., identifying naming inconsistencies).

Personal requirements for the candidate:

• Curiosity to understand why one product sells very well while another does not – drawing conclusions from reports.

• Attention to detail (e.g., verifying whether the price shown in the graphic matches the price in the store).
