Your Role and Main Tasks:
- Manage the entire hiring process for our international vacancies (currently: Poland and Germany), from job posting to offer and contract preparation.
- Act as a trusted partner for Hiring Managers and the management team in all areas of talent acquisition.
- Optimize our existing operational recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and service quality for our applicants and hiring managers.
- Drive employer branding initiatives by strengthening our presence across various recruitment channels, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking meetups to increase brand awareness and engage with potential candidates.
- Take ownership of onboarding strategies, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with the international recruiting team, continuously developing skills and testing new recruiting trends.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree or commercial apprenticeship with an HR specialization.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in talent management, employer branding, or recruitment.
- A hands-on mentality with an engaging and professional approach.
- Strong communication skills—fluent in Polish with good command of written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- A creative mindset, eager to explore new ways to attract and retain talent.
