Team Leader Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Right now we are seeking an experienced and proactive Leader of Logistics to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage key logistics processes, working across our external warehouse and supply chain functions to ensure smooth, efficient operations. We’re looking for a specialist who is passionate about logistics and supply chain optimization, able to drive improvements and solve challenges within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your role and main tasks

• Daily Control and Reporting: Oversee and monitor the daily operations of our external warehouse and supply chain activities, ensuring timely reporting and analysis of performance and issues.
• Coordination and Development: Lead the coordination and development of internal processes related to logistics, including forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain projects.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges related to transportation, inbound and outbound operations, resolving any issues as they arise in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Internal Departments: Serve as the key point of contact between the logistics team and other internal departments, offering expertise on logistics-related matters.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes and work with internal teams and the warehouse to develop and implement optimization strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

You will need

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex logistics challenges.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure alignment on logistics objectives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to work on-site at our Wrocław office.
