We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team at Alchemy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling designs that simplify complex information and deliver it in a digestible manner across various platforms.
As the Designer, you’ll need brains and creative muscle in equal measures. You’ll be working with our creative and consultant teams and getting to grips with content across a broad range of materials including social media posts, e-mails, sales aids, e-learnings. Your recommendations will be crucial in creating polished and impactful designs that help tell a clear story.
Tasks:
Designing for various digital touchpoints (social media, ecommerce, e-learning, webdesign, decks, etc.).
Closely following briefs, managing and delivering several live jobs, updating stakeholders on their status with respect to timeframes and/or budget.
Collaborating closely with other designers in the team, as well as cross-functional teams, internal and external.
Bringing your experience, creative ideas, and problem-solving skills to provide relevant solutions and valuable input on all the projects that you’re involved with.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator are a must).
Exceptional project management skills with ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of design principles, typography, hierarchy, layout, colour theory, and visual signposting, as well as an understanding of the design process.
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience designing for e-learning platforms (eg. Rise, Storyline).
Experience working with CMS (content management systems).
Experience in webdesign.
Experience in PowerPoint.
Experience in After Effects or Premier Pro.
