Junior Financial Controller

Tasks:

• Engage in managerial reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial data to support decision-making

• Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting

• Provide daily financial support to the business

• Ensure strong attention to detail and apply analytical skills in all tasks

• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments

• Manage time efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines

• Drive automation of reports and processes related to core finance activities

• Act as a coordinator, representing the team in discussions about automation initiatives

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in financial controlling or business analysis

• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and strong analytical mindset

• Very good understanding of financial and accounting principles

• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis

• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with accounting and other departments

• Higher education (preferred: finance or accounting)

• Willingness to learn, openness to report automation and process improvements

• Knowledge of Power BI (nice to have)
