We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, and event management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive high quality lead generation, and enable acceleration of Lingaro’s business growth.
Tasks:
- B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.). Leverage data analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Lead Generation: Implement and manage lead generation campaigns designed to nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to align on target personas and deliver high-quality leads.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, workshops, and trade shows. Manage logistics, content, and promotion to ensure events deliver value and meet marketing objectives.
- Content Development & Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and social media content, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, practices, competency centers) to ensure marketing campaigns and initiatives align with company goals and product offerings.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, using insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve KPIs. Track ROI on campaigns and events to measure success.
- Team Leadership: Leads, inspires, and develops a high-performing team fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the data analytics or tech industries.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tactics and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong background in lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Experience in managing and executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to deal with high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Excellent people management skills.
- A passion for digital marketing, following trends and developments.
- Fluent in English and Polish. Any additional languages are a plus.
