What You’ll Do:

As an Analytics Consultant, your mission will be to help clients unlock the full value of their data. You’ll dive into behavioural and growth analysis, design and guide experimentation, build measurement frameworks, and improve data quality and strategy. From running data workshops to shaping data strategies, your role will be key in driving data-informed decisions for some of the most innovative businesses out there.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Optimisation and Technical Consultants, Directors, and client stakeholders to deliver impactful, actionable insights. As part of a growing offering, your input won’t just be valued — it’ll help shape the future of our analytics services.

You bring strong analytical thinking, technical knowledge, and a product-oriented mindset. You're not just about crunching numbers — you're about telling stories with data that influence and guide real business decisions.

You’re comfortable balancing autonomy with collaboration, thrive in evolving environments, and can confidently lead workshops and data discussions across diverse teams.


Your Skills:

✅ Advanced SQL skills

✅ Solid knowledge of GA (Google Analytics) and event-based tracking tools

✅ Skilled in experiment design and statistical analysis

✅ Strong storytelling ability backed by data

✅ Experience creating measurement frameworks

✅ Strategic thinker with experience in data strategy

✅ Confident communicator with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders

✅ Strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to quantify opportunities

✅ Fluency in Portuguese – you'll be working with Portuguese-speaking clients and stakeholders

✅ Availability to work in LATAM time zones – your working hours should align with teams and clients based in Latin America


Nice to Have:

➕ Experience promoting data and experimentation culture internally

➕ Agile and lean working experience

➕ Comfortable defining best practices and team ways of working

➕ Passion for training others in analytical thinking

➕ Familiarity with tools like Fullstory
