Business Analyst w/German in Banking Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with onsite coordinators and customer representatives.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to leads and managers.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
• Foster a quality-driven work culture and lead by example.
• Manage performance and development of direct reports in line with organizational policies.
• Train, mentor, and support project resources.
• Participate in company-wide people initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end Insurance Solution implementations.
• Experience supporting and implementing banking platforms.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications (BRD, TSD, FSD).
• Strong collaboration skills to bridge the gap between clients and development teams.
• Analytical skills to identify root causes during testing phases.
• Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder and client management experience.
