What You'll Do:

Identify client needs: Analyze and map out the tech talent and IT service needs of prospects to grow our client portfolio.

Collaborate with the Delivery team: Work closely with the Delivery department to maximize business growth opportunities.

Manage client relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied.

Update the CRM: Maintain and manage client information in the CRM, ensuring it reflects the latest developments and customer needs.

Evaluate client potential: Assess client potential in line with Link Group’s growth strategy and explore new business opportunities.

Manage Polish and international markets: Work with both local and international clients, driving growth across different markets.

Analyze the job and client market: Stay up-to-date with the job market and client needs to deliver the best solutions.

Participate in internal initiatives: Engage in internal company projects and initiatives that help grow and strengthen our organization.

Build the company’s image: By fostering strong client relationships, you will also contribute to Link Group’s positive reputation in the market.
What We’re Looking For:

Around 3 years of experience in sales within the B2B sector.

Proven experience in selling outsourcing services, with a strong understanding of the business dynamics in this area.
- A self-driven, proactive approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and align them with the company’s services, ensuring a tailored and value-driven solution.
- Familiarity with working across local and international markets, and the ability to navigate different business environments with ease.
- Fluent english
- Familiarity with modern CRM & Business Development tools
- Genuine ability to tell a good joke (will be assessed during the initial interview) ;)
