We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager specializing in Credit Management (CrM) to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. In this role, you will drive process improvements, optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and implement transformational solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) framework. You will collaborate closely with O2C Process Managers, Transformation Managers, and operational teams across Shared Services Centers (SSCs) and Local Entities.
Project Management:
- Lead projects with a primary focus on the S/4 Program, collaborating with GBS Process Managers, Transformation Managers, and IT providers to improve processes and implement IT enablers.
Process Design:
- Design To-Be Credit Management processes and policies, analyzing required changes in process flow, activity splits, and enabling technologies across SSCs and Local Entities.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and performance enhancement across the GBS network.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders within and beyond the GBS community to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Develop, enhance, and improve KPI frameworks and O2C reporting to track and ensure process maturity and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations and controls across the O2C process.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in functions, countries, and business units.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. Finance-specific certifications are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of operational experience in Credit Management.
- Additional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Collections is a plus.
- Team leadership or Business Process Analyst experience is advantageous.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP FI/SD and related systems.
- Strong understanding of O2C processes, systems, and best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management abilities, including the facilitation of workshops and requirement gathering.
- Certifications:
- Project management or change management certifications/training is preferred.
- Flexibility:
- Open to travel to support project events as needed.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
