The role

We are looking for a mid-level IT Sourcing Consultant to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top IT talent across multiple technology areas, building talent pipelines, and partnering with our recruiters and account managers to deliver excellent candidates to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage IT specialists (developers, engineers, architects, analysts, project managers, etc.) using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing platforms.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Qualify candidates against job requirements and present shortlists..

• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray search, social sourcing).

• Communicate with candidates in English and Polish (written and spoken).

• Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT sourcing or IT recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, etc.).

• Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Polish.

• Proactive, creative, and goal-oriented mindset.
