Junior HR Data Analyst
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior HR Data Analyst with around 2 years of experience to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives within HR and strategy projects. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and operational support for the Project Manager. It is a hands-on, analytical position with a strong data-processing component.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating on HR and strategy projects with a focus on Compensation & Benefits
Supporting the Project Manager in ongoing initiatives
Preparing analyses, reports, and documentation based on client data, surveys, and internal statistics
Working with HR and financial data, including metrics such as revenue and EBITDA
Assisting in advising stakeholders on selected aspects of human capital and C&B processes
Communicating insights clearly and effectively, including to senior stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR data analysis or Compensation & Benefits
Strong analytical skillset and experience working with data
Basic knowledge of financial metrics (EBITDA, revenue)
Understanding of Compensation & Benefits processes and/or transformation projects
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
This role is well suited for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to develop further within the HR data and Compensation & Benefits area.
