We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our Financial Systems Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in support operations and a basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts. As the first point of contact, you will troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless operations across Finance and Accounting systems. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn new systems and contribute to building efficient support procedures.
- Provide first-line support for system users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor system integrations and resolve errors in financial data processing.
- Maintain support logs, document resolutions, and create knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Development teams to improve system performance and support processes.
- Min. 2 years of experience in support operations, preferably within Finance or Accounting systems.
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, reporting).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze and resolve system integration and financial data processing issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Very good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
