In this role, you will play a key part in supporting global oversight, ensuring the efficient management of third-party contracts throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include implementing and standardizing best practices across various domains and locations, maintaining a high level of vendor risk management in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the fund industry, with expertise in organizational transformation and procurement.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a structured approach to process improvement.
- Ability to understand, explain, and drive change initiatives.
- Experience in coordinating and engaging with senior management.

- Governance Oversight: Ensure effective end-to-end processes for third-party contract management.
- Lifecycle Management: Implement and promote best practices for third-party contract management across different domains and locations.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the key representative and SME for Sourcing Vendor Management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing teams, including Group, Legal, IT Security & Cyber, and Procurement.
- TPRM Advocacy: Promote Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) requirements within 2S IT governance.
- Project Governance: Oversee and implement processes and tools related to third-party contracts, ensuring proper governance, support, and training.
- Best Practices Implementation: Drive the adoption of best practices for third-party risk management across company.
