We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Transition Manager to lead the transition from current operational models to newly defined frameworks within the organization. This role involves implementing change management strategies, overseeing the delivery of transformation projects aligned with business objectives, and tracking their progress to ensure effective, measurable outcomes.
With solid experience operating in dynamic, matrix-structured environments, you will play a key role in driving organizational change and supporting business stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
- Coordinate the smooth transfer of processes and responsibilities across teams and locations.
- Develop detailed transition project plans, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead change management activities, including impact assessments, readiness reviews, and stakeholder analysis.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics through tools, dashboards, and established market methodologies to ensure success and measurable results.
- Proactively identify risks within transformation initiatives, assign risk ownership, and collaboratively develop mitigation strategies.
- Apply process mapping and impact assessment techniques to identify gaps between current and future operating models.
- Ensure all transformation activities are compliant with relevant standards, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Conduct statistical analysis, data profiling, and forecasting to support business cases, requirements gathering, solution proposals, and post-implementation benefit tracking.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to align evolving expectations with project outcomes and organizational goals.
- Work closely with functional leaders to drive consistency in processes, governance, and ways of working where applicable.
- Maintain transparent, open communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to plans.
Profile:
- Proven track record in managing organizational transitions and delivering change initiatives within complex matrix structures.
- Experience gained in environments such as GBS, SSC, BPO, or ITO.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an international, diverse environment — preferably within professional services or similarly fast-paced, service-oriented sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, engagement planning, and cross-functional collaboration at all organizational levels.
- Strong teamwork skills — fostering collaboration, building partnerships, and bringing people together toward shared goals.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals, delivering measurable outcomes, and taking accountability for performance.
