Role Summary
Lion Sales Funnels is a Canadian-led remote company building operational systems for healthcare clinics in the United States.
This role exists for one reason: ensuring work discussed in client calls gets executed properly and on time.
You take what was discussed, break it into tasks, assign ownership, set deadlines, and ensure execution moves forward to completion.
This role focuses on execution and task ownership, not just coordination.
Compensation
8,000 – 10,000 PLN net / month (B2B)
What You Will Do
Review Fireflies call recordings and transcripts after each client session
Extract all action items and convert them into structured tasks in OpenProject
Assign tasks to the correct team members with clear deadlines and priorities
Follow up on open items to ensure progress is maintained
Identify blockers, delays, and missing ownership early
Escalate risks clearly when needed
Keep project boards clean, current, and decision-ready

Requirements
Proven experience in project management, delivery, or operations
Experience managing execution across remote teams
Strong ability to turn unstructured information into clear, assigned tasks
Experience with project management tools: OpenProject, ClickUp, Jira, or similar
Comfortable following up and maintaining accountability across a team
Strong written English (C1)
Experience working in structured environments with deadlines and deliverables
