Contract Type: B2B or Contract of Mandate

Location: Remote/Warsaw 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

🔹 Designing visual assets in various formats and tools (e.g. images for blog articles, social media posts, website banners, ads) in line with the company’s branding.

🔹 Creating layouts for presentations based on provided content.

🔹 Designing e-books and digital publications.

🔹 Preparing printed materials for events (e.g. roll-ups, brochures, flyers).

🔹 Collaborating closely with the Content Manager and Online Ads Specialist to deliver high-performing visual solutions.

🔹 Proposing creative visual concepts in response to briefs.

🔹 Ensuring the highest quality standards of deliverables without the need for external quality control.

We need you if you…

✅ Have experience in creating visual assets for commercial purposes.

✅ Possess a strong understanding of design principles and image composition tailored for digital media, with particular emphasis on social media.

✅ Are available during working hours and able to meet deadlines.

✅ Are proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva).

✅ Have a portfolio showcasing your work in related fields.

✅ Have experience working with photographers and in post-production of photo and video materials - this will be a plus.
