About the role 

​​We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join us as a Junior Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating first contact, and supporting sales activities on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a desire to grow in sales and relationship-building within a dynamic business environment.


Contract Type: UZ

Location: Warsaw (on-site work)


Responsibilities:

  • Active engagement on LinkedIn, including:
  • Building relationships by liking and commenting on posts.
  • Initiating and maintaining sales interactions.
  • Identifying potential clients through various channels
  • Establishing and maintaining initial contact with potential clients.
  • Scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Reporting to the team leader, who will provide full onboarding and a detailed playbook.
  • Maintaining data and activities within the CRM system.


What You Will Need:

  • An eagerness to learn about lead generation and sales development. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to analyze and assess lead potential across various channels.
  • A proactive approach to building and maintaining lead databases.
  • Good proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks following a well-defined process.
  • Experience or interest in B2B sales is a plus.
