Role Objective
Ensuring the effective, iterative development of the Localo product through close cooperation with the CPO and key stakeholders (management, marketing, customer success). Each iteration must deliver real value to customers and support the company’s business goals.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Product Roadmap – co-creating and updating it with the CPO and stakeholders; ensuring consistency with strategic goals and market feedback; monitoring execution.
Product Backlog – prioritizing and continuous refinement; creating user stories and acceptance criteria; ensuring tasks are ready for development.
Feature Delivery – coordinating sprints, tracking velocity, timely releases, and validating results (QA/UAT).
Team Meetings – facilitating daily stand-ups, weekly product calls, sprint plannings, and retros; regular 1:1s with the product team; actively removing bottlenecks.
Feedback Analysis – conducting discovery calls, analyzing usage data and support requests; translating findings into backlog and roadmap priorities.
Launch Coordination – ensuring marketing and customer success have full context for new features; synchronizing changelogs, campaigns, and educational materials.
Continuous Process Improvement – initiating enhancements, testing tools, optimizing workflows and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as a PM/PO in SaaS (Agile).
Ability to connect business goals with user needs.
Excellent communication skills – able to speak the language of developers, business, and marketing.
Self-reliance and accountability in process optimization and delivering value.
Tools: Jira, Google Analytics/Looker Studio, Figma, (and any others as needed)
English at C1 level (serving English-speaking clients).
Nice to Have:
Interest in task and process automation.
Ability to use AI tools at work.
Basic experience with Google business profile optimization and positioning.
Basic technical SEO knowledge.
