Have you worked in a call center, excel at phone conversations, and have a natural talent for sales? We are looking for someone to join our Warsaw branch, responsible for acquiring customers in the Ukrainian market. Our mission is to revolutionize the way buildings are used by implementing the world’s most advanced building automation technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing a network of installation partners in the Ukrainian market.
• Supporting installation partners in planning and configuring smart buildings.
• Recommending the right installation partners to end customers.
• Providing technical support to partners at all stages of project implementation.
• Assisting partners with sales and consultancy.

Our Requirements:

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience working with B2B partners.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
• Experience in the building automation industry.
• Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and good command of English.
• Minimum secondary education in an electrical-related field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Ukraine in the future to develop Loxone on-site.
