Have you worked in a call center, excel at phone conversations, and have a natural talent for sales? We are looking for someone to join our Warsaw branch, responsible for acquiring customers in the Ukrainian market. Our mission is to revolutionize the way buildings are used by implementing the world’s most advanced building automation technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound sales calls with business clients, offering products and services tailored to their needs (warm and cold leads).
• Achieving specific sales targets.
• Managing data through the CRM system.
• Registering clients for training sessions and webinars.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product developments and improve sales techniques.

Our Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in a call center.
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• Communicative level of English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service in the B2B sector.
• Willingness to relocate to Ukraine in the future to develop Loxone on-site.
