We’re looking for a highly engaged, hands-on Finance Manager (responsible for finance & HR) who’s excited to help shape the future of an international gaming brand, right from our hub in Warsaw, Poland.
As our new Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, owning core finance operations, and helping us scale efficiently and sustainably.
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, cost structures, and profitability to drive sustainability.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize financial processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Oversee and approve payroll lists, maintain HR policies, and review/sign HR and legal documents
- Master degree in finance.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, ideally in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance advisory / M&A / Transaction Services / Financial controlling.
- Strong technical finance skills, including:
- Financial modelling
- Forecasting & budgeting
- Solid understanding of business drivers and how finance connects with commercial strategy.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Ops, Product).
- Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
