Junior Customer Service Agent
Your responsibilities:
- Entry of defined written orders in SAP
- Procedural handling of detection obstacles
- Creating Goods Recipients in SAP
- Processing RIO transactions in SAP
- Processing all orders in accordance with Customer Service SLAs
- Managing ad hoc requests and tasks in a timely manner as required
Our requirements:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in the field of economics/ logistics/ management of enterprises
- Communicative English (at least B1)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft applications
- High service orientation
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent work organization
- Self-motivation and team-orientation
- Availability 40h/week
Optional:
- German language is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
