Our growth as a company means that we need to grow our support team as well, which is why we’re looking forward to having you on board of our team as a Junior Product Support Specialist. You will be responsible for first-line communication with customers (and prospects) of Macrobond, mostly performed via e-mail. Questions that you will have to answer will be mainly related Macrobond application data, functionality, and technical issues.
Your main tasks will include:
- Providing product support to our clients from different locations around the world
- Finding solutions for product, data and technical questions and issues in our knowledge base and through creative experimentation
- Working in a rotating shift system, including some holidays
- Striving for excellence in providing top-notch support for our clients
- Developing your own economic, analytical and technical knowledge
- Cooperating with other team members & your team manager
- Work in shift system (we are looking for 2 people for day/evening shifts (8:00-16:00/16:00-00:00), and also 1 person for day/night shifts (7:00-15:00/23:00-7:00))
Our requirements:
- Very good level of English in speech and writing - needed for client contact and communication between teams & locations,
- Willingness to learn skills from different fields, including IT (we'll teach you all you need to know),
- A positive, friendly attitude,
- Research and web browsing skills,
- University degree is not a must but a big asset.
