We are seeking a recruiter with an engineering background (degree or hands-on experience in software, QA, data, or IT) who wants to combine technical expertise with modern, AI-powered recruitment. This is a full-cycle recruiter position where you will use both your domain knowledge and the latest automation tools to run and optimise all recruitment activities.

Source, approach, and engage IT and engineering candidates using direct search, networking, and AI sourcing tools (e.g. HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut)

Screen CVs and assess candidate fit, leveraging your technical background to understand profiles and skills

Arrange and conduct interviews, including technical qualification and soft skills assessment

Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and project leads

Manage candidate pipelines and communication, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to offer and onboarding

Use AI and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Loxo, Zapier, Make) to streamline sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and follow-up

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities using AI-powered content tools (e.g. Canva, Copy.ai)

Track recruitment metrics, maintain up-to-date records, and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation

Technical background: degree or experience as a developer, QA, data engineer, or similar

Experience as a recruiter, ideally in tech or IT

Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools in any stage of the recruitment process

Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Polish

Highly organised, proactive, and ready to work independently

Experience automating recruitment workflows
