Founding Growth Marketer (T‑Shaped Performance Lead) for a Premium Brand
We are launching a premium brand inspired by the legacy of a remarkable 19th-century figure whose heritage represents craftsmanship, luxury, and tradition. Our ambition is to build a globally positioned brand with strong commercial discipline from day one.
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to build and scale the growth engine from zero.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, shape the commercial trajectory of the brand, and drive measurable, performance-led growth while protecting a premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Paid Growth
Ship 3–5 creative test variants weekly on TikTok and Instagram with clear hypotheses, budgets, and kill criteria
Scale campaigns only when cohorts meet sub-60-day payback targets at required AOV and margin levels
Own CAC discipline and contribution margin logic
Creator & Influencer Programs
Build and manage a focused, high-signal creator seeding program end-to-end
Handle outreach, briefs, contracts, tracking links, attribution, and post-purchase surveys
Optimize influencer partnerships against clear CAC and revenue targets
Lifecycle & Retention
Launch and optimize email and SMS for drops, waitlists, subscriptions, and refills
Own segmentation, cadence, copy, landing pages, and conversion flows
Turn first orders into repeat revenue
Brand & Creative Execution
Maintain strong brand codes in-market (visual system, provenance storytelling, packaging messaging)
Ensure every creative asset reflects premium positioning from the first two seconds
Write and iterate PDPs, ads, scripts, hooks, offers, bundles, and unboxing flows
A/B test performance while protecting price integrity
Analytics & Optimization
Instrument analytics across site, paid, and creators
Build lightweight dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, payback, repeat rate, refunds, and cohorts
Make fast go/no-go decisions based on data
Commercial Coordination
Coordinate limited-drop calendars with operations
Use preorders and waitlists to balance demand, inventory, and cash flow
Support brand protection and marketplace monitoring alongside founder
What Success Looks Like
First-order contribution margin positive
Paid media payback under 60 days
LTV:CAC ≥ 3x within 90 days of cohort launch
Repeat rate above 35% on refillable SKUs within 6 months
Limited drops consistently sell through with minimal overhang
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–6 years in consumer growth at an early-stage brand or agency. Hands-on experience in Ads Manager and lifecycle tools (Klaviyo, Attentive, or equivalents).
You have a portfolio of short-form content that converted. Comfortable shooting on iPhone and editing in CapCut, Final Cut, or Premiere.
Proven end-to-end influencer and creator management experience, including briefing, contracting, and attribution.
Strong copy skills and a refined design eye. You know how to translate heritage into modern, conversion-oriented creative without diluting luxury positioning.
Confident working with cohorts and dashboards. You measure impact and make accountable decisions quickly.
Bias to action, comfort in ambiguity, and ability to operate effectively with tight resources in a startup environment.
