Are you a detail-oriented System Analyst who enjoys translating complex banking requirements into clear, structured system solutions?

We are looking for a System Analyst to join a fast-paced team working on innovative credit retail solutions. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to design, implement, and optimise banking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for credit retail systems

• Prepare functional specifications, system workflows, and technical documentation

• Design and maintain UML diagrams, BPMN models, and activity diagrams

• Perform in-depth SQL analysis to validate requirements and identify system gaps

• Conduct system integration analysis and prepare impact assessments

• Support Agile teams working in Scrum methodology

• Participate in testing phases, troubleshooting, and implementation support

  
  

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst (banking/financial services preferred)

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting

• Experience with UML, BPMN, and system design methodologies

• Good understanding of credit and retail banking workflows

• Knowledge of system integration and interface design

• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements is a plus
