Service Delivery Team Lead (SAP BI/BW)

• Being responsible for all aspects of IT Service delivery following global standards and guideline defined by EAM (Enterprise Architecture Management)
• Ensuring that the expected service outcome is delivered with agreed quality of service
• Being responsible for a regular KPI reporting about the services in your area of responsibility as well as to adhere stipulated KPIs
• Providing internal service production costs for service price calculation
• Demanding, controlling, and supporting of the continuous service improvement
• Being responsible for the complete and up to date service documentation (including technical, operational, compliance aspects
• Leading a team of implementation and operation experts responsible for the provision of MAHLE services at all MAHLE locations worldwide and for the maintenance and operation of the services within the defined quality and KPIs
• Transferring customer requirements into technical specifications and working closely with the development department in India as well as business engagement
• Enforcing change management processes for services, including technical aspects if required for special projects

• More than 3 years of relevant professional hands-on experience in BI/BW development
• Completed studies, prefferably in computer science
• Very good English skills
• Understanding of all business processes supported by automated data exchange and integration applications and platforms
• Knowledge and understanding of BI specifics business processes and application-specific technologies in the BI environment
• Good knowledge of project management
• Good knowledge of service controlling and financial management for service and reporting
• Good understanding of cross-functional aspects of workflow and system customizing as well as developments and business processes
• Leadership experience
• Team player and above all an intercultural expert with experience and awareness
