Architect 3D/BIM Modeler

Your responsibilities: 

• Creating 3D models in a BIM environment for attractions, buildings, and public spaces in the park
• Developing project documentation for attractions, buildings, and public spaces in the park
• Preparing architectural visualizations to assist in presenting ideas to the team and clients
• Collaborating with other architects, designers, and engineers to ensure projects are completed according to the concept and budget
• Participating in the planning and development of new attractions and the modernization of existing ones
• Keeping up with trends in the entertainment and architectural industries to introduce innovations to projects

Our requirements: 

• Higher education in architecture or a related field
• Experience in preparing 3D/BIM models in accordance with documentation and guidelines
• Good knowledge of software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, AutoCAD
• Creative skills and the ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of public space design principles and safety in amusement parks will be an additional advantage
• A passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to create unique experiences for guests
