Job tasks:

• Managing day-to-day relationships with corporate and institutional banking clients

• Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and ongoing support

• Coordinating client onboarding, periodic reviews, and KYC documentation with internal compliance teams

• Identifying client needs and ensuring delivery of banking products and services

• Monitoring client satisfaction and maintaining strong long-term partnerships

• Supporting internal teams with client data, documentation, and reporting requirements

• Collaborating with sales, compliance, and operations to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in building and managing relationships with banking clients or in a similar client-facing role

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2/C1 level

• Strong ability to work independently and excellent organizational skills

• Availability to start immediately

• Very good knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset
