Global Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and on-time processing of global AP invoices using Oracle Fusion R13
• Match invoices to POs and ensure correct approvals are in place
• Serve as the main point of contact for all invoice and PO-related queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Resolve supplier and employee queries via ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Maintain and review supplier master records for accuracy and completeness
• Perform supplier reconciliations and clean up aged items on AP accounts
• Take full ownership of the month-end close process
• Support SOX compliance through adherence to internal control procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various countries and time zones
• Participate in finance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable roles within a multinational company
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion R13 (or a similar ERP system) is a must
• Proven experience supporting the US market
• Experience working across multiple markets is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
• Comfortable managing invoices and stakeholders from multiple countries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner across teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
