Implementation Manager

For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate end-to-end CPQ 365 implementations across global sites

• Validate site readiness and ensure all prerequisites are completed before deployment

• Communicate plans, timelines, and expectations clearly to business and technical teams

• Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks or issues impacting delivery

• Lead post–go‑live hypercare and drive formal handover to steady-state operations

• Prepare and maintain clear status reporting for stakeholders

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned

Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-step implementations or projects 

• Exceptional planning, organization, and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences and global teams

• Experience working across regions and time zones; calm and structured under pressure

• Familiarity with enterprise applications (SFDC, SAP, database-driven systems)

• Ability to influence without direct authority and coordinate multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable working 100% remote with flexible hours; EU location preferred

• Proficiency with Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; sales-oriented application experience a plus
