Tasks:

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects from design through to print packaging,

Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders such as agencies, printers, and suppliers,

Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs), and coordinate activities related to packaging artwork,
-
Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets, tracking milestones and deliverables,
-
Support senior team members by facilitating meetings, coordinating between teams, and providing documentation support,
-
Monitor project progress, facilitate communication, and identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays to ensure on-time delivery of pack designs,
-
Communicate updates to Artwork project managers and stakeholders, highlighting potential impacts or risks,
-
Assist in creating post-project reviews, documenting lessons learned, and recommending process improvements,
-
Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in artwork development and implement mitigation solutions,
-
Compile regular project reports to highlight progress, challenges, and solutions,
-
Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and enhance efficiency.
Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field,
-
Proven experience in managing end-to-end artwork, printing, and digital asset creation within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment,

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management,
-
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across various functions,
-
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira for task tracking and progress monitoring,
-
Understanding of artwork and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to facilitate communication with creative teams,

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
-
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience working with global and local stakeholders,

Functional knowledge of marketing, branding, and new product development processes.
