Responsibilities:
Operate the Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) for asset management
Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs)
Establish and maintain warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
Track and manage inventory for consumables, durable items, and spare parts
Conduct demand forecasting for spare and repair parts
Coordinate Bill of Materials (BOMs) requirements and procurement with Material Planning Control
Plan daily work schedules to meet operational objectives
Serve as the organization’s Point of Contact (POC) for logistics-related matters
Interface with senior internal and external personnel on significant issues
Participate in regular teleconferences with U.S.-based teams, including early mornings or late evenings due to time zone differences
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant logistics experience (or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
Active Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one)
Previous experience in logistics management
Strong communication skills across all levels of management, customers, and vendors
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (spoken and written), minimum B2/C1 level
