Master Data Analyst

For our client from the MedTech branch, we are searching for a Master Data Analyst/ Business Analyst to join a team of experts in Data Operations.

As a Master Data Analyst, you will need a passion for data and strong skills in collecting and understanding data, aligned with our strategic roadmap and data strategy. Your business knowledge will help you identify business-relevant requirements while effectively communicating with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain data in the SAP S/4HANA ERP system for franchises/business units
• Process data using SQL and Microsoft tools
• Improve data quality
• Create and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and protocols
• Collaborate on documentation maintenance
• Support ad-hoc material master requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience and/or studied modules related to Supply Chain and Logistics (preferred)
• Experience in material master data maintenance on large ERP platforms
• Strong knowledge of material and pricing master data in the SAP S/4HANA system, including an understanding of material master architecture and tables (e.g., MARA)
• Advanced SQL knowledge to run and modify pre-configured SQL statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.), including data manipulation (e.g., pivot tables, macros, and VLOOKUPs)
• Exposure to data management, analytics, and process automation tools (e.g., Databricks, Qlik, and Tableau) is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
