Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk.

Tasks:

• Lead the transformation of the Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across all relevant departments

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cash flow, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and design innovative solutions that align with organizational goals

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and implement continuous improvements

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies throughout the transformation process

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading large-scale O2C transformation projects

• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash application

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or other financial management software

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean are highly desirable

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
