Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk.


Tasks:

• Participate in process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Managers in delivering project objectives
• Participate in initiatives related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential evaluation, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA deployment, transition management, training delivery, and change management
• Participate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, documenting solutions and key decisions
• Leverage process and technology expertise to provide strategic improvement recommendations, guiding clients through their transformation journey
• Collaborate with Client Subject Matter Experts to ensure successful completion of project deliverables
• Stay informed about technological advancements, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, and proposing relevant improvements within the area of expertise
• Develop a deep understanding of market-leading assets and methodologies, including Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), RPA technologies, and transformation frameworks such as ESOAR

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 7 years with comprehensive end-to-end process knowledge within Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Strong background in process design, including process flows, narratives, operating procedures, and control frameworks
• Experience in process mapping using tools such as Visio, Business Optix, or Aris
• Demonstrated continuous improvement and innovation mindset, with a track record of delivering measurable benefits through various CI techniques
• Experience in client-facing activities, i.e workshops, presentations, and training sessions
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project Stream Lead or Solution Lead
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as S4H, SAP ECC, or Oracle
• Familiarity with non-ERP process supporting tools like Opentext, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Readsoft/Kofax, etc.
