Project Manager

For our Client, an international defence company, we are seeking a professional responsible for managing a project that constitutes a key element of the national security system. The scope of work includes the integration of solutions delivered by multiple suppliers into a fully functional system with C4ISR and C‑UAS (soft‑ and hard‑kill) characteristics.

Job Tasks:

• Managing the entire project lifecycle to ensure delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and schedule

• Coordinating activities with other consortium members to ensure coherence and optimal execution within the consortium structure

• Leading the project team, including planning, task assignment, and oversight of task execution

• Close collaboration and coordination with technical teams within the parent company to ensure technical compliance of delivered solutions

• Reporting project progress, risks, and issues in accordance with the organization’s reporting structure

• Participating in meetings with the contracting authority (Armament Agency), consortium partners, and the consortium leader (PGZ)

• Overseeing the preparation and delivery of project documentation required throughout project execution

• Coordinating project governance and cooperating with the internal steering committee responsible for project oversight

Requirements:

• Experience in managing projects within the defence industry, particularly those executed in a complex consortium structure

• Practical experience in conducting multidomain defence projects in the area of C4ISR and/or C‑UAS

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of military communications, defence system architecture, and electronic warfare

• Possession of a counterintelligence security clearance at the “Secret” level valid for at least two more years – mandatory requirement

• Excellent command of English (C1/C2), both spoken and written

• Higher technical education or equivalent professional experience
