Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products and processes meet quality standards, as well as implementing and maintaining efficient management systems and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.The offer concerns the Greenfield investment being built in Stargard (West Pomeranian Voivodeship).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations and standards.

• Conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of management systems.

• Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure the quality of products and processes.

• Manage non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans.

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality and compliance.

• Develop and implement quality, safety and environmental training programmes for staff.

• Prepare reports and analyses on the performance of management systems and present recommendations for improvements.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the company.

• Manage the environmental aspects of the company and develop initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, management systems and safety and environment.

• Experience within hydraulic solutions for renewables would be an asset

• Knowledge of quality (ISO 9001), safety (ISO 45001) and environmental (ISO 14001) regulations and standards.

• Experience in conducting internal and external audits.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Very good knowledge of English.
