Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk.

Tasks:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of R2R (Record to Report) transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives

• Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Design and develop innovative solutions to streamline financial reporting, compliance, and data management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and tools

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Transformation, R2R processes, and financial systems 

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are highly desirable

• Technical proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and reporting tools

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and convincingly
