R2R Business Transformation Senior Manager

Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk.Tasks:

• Lead end-to-end R2R (Record to Report) business transformation initiatives to optimize financial processes and systems

• Design and implement strategic improvements in financial reporting, compliance, and data management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process standardization

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively across all levels of the organization

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in transformation activities

• Monitor industry best practices and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance financial operations

  
  

Required skills and qualifications:

• 13+ years of experience in Finance, especially in Record-to-Analyze (R2A): General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliation, Reporting.

• 7+ years in leadership roles such as Cross-Stream Project Lead or Multi-Tower Solution Lead.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and compliance regulations

• Expertise in process analysis, redesign, and automation technologies such as ERP systems and robotic process automation (RPA)

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a proactive and adaptable approach to change management
